β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
β’ Minimum 10 years of professional experience working in data analysis, database development, or reporting roles
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Data Analyst with strong experience in PL/SQL, ETL development, and Tableau. This role is fully on-site and focused on working directly with enterprise data systems to support reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making.
This is not a reporting-only role. The ideal candidate understands the full data lifecycle, from source systems and transformations through final visualization.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop, optimize, and maintain complex PL/SQL queries, procedures, functions, and packages
β’ Analyze large datasets in Oracle or similar relational databases
β’ Design, build, and support ETL processes to move data across multiple systems
β’ Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for data issues
β’ Create and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data extracts
β’ Translate business and functional requirements into technical data solutions
β’ Collaborate with business users, developers, and technical teams to define metrics and logic
β’ Document ETL workflows, data models, and reporting definitions
β’ Support ad-hoc analysis and ongoing production reporting
Required Technical Skills
β’ Extensive PL/SQL experience, including performance tuning and complex query development
β’ Strong ETL experience using SQL-based or enterprise ETL tools
β’ Advanced Tableau skills (dashboards, calculated fields, parameters, filters)
β’ Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures
β’ Experience working with large, enterprise-scale datasets
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Oracle database experience in production environments
β’ Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and reporting best practices
β’ Experience supporting government or highly regulated environments
β’ Strong communication skills and ability to work on-site with stakeholders
