Role description
Alameda, CA (Onsite 5 days/week)
6-month contract (likely extension + potential conversion)
I’m partnering with a leading biotech company looking for a Data Analyst to support transparency reporting and compliance operations. This is a great role for someone early in their career who’s strong with data and detail-oriented.
What you’ll do:
• Collect, validate, and reconcile payment data for Sunshine Act / Open Payments reporting
• Run data checks, resolve discrepancies, and support CMS submissions
• Work across systems (AP, Concur, CRM) to ensure data accuracy
• Build reports and support Tableau dashboards
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and other teams to gather and validate data
• What they’re looking for:
• 1–2 years of data or analytics experience
• Strong Excel + SQL (Tableau is a plus)
• Ability to work through complex datasets and communicate across teams
• Nice to have:
• Pharma/healthcare experience or Sunshine Act knowledge
• SAP or Concur experience
