Job Title: Data Analyst – Post Market Surveillance Industry: Medical Devices Location: Remote (USA) | W2 Job Description: We are seeking a Data Analyst to support Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) activities within the medical device domain. The role involves analyzing complaint and post-market data to identify trends, detect potential product quality issues, and provide insights to support quality and regulatory teams. Key Responsibilities: • Compile and analyze post-market surveillance data • Perform complaint data queries and ad-hoc trend analysis • Identify potential product quality issues and emerging trends • Present findings to stakeholders through PMS Review Boards • Support initiatives to improve data trending and analytics processes • Contribute to departmental quality metrics and organizational objectives Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field • Strong data analysis and reporting skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with Power BI preferred • Experience with medical device complaint data is a plus Contact: Pavan Kumar Recruiter | S4 Analytics P+1 (469) 429-8065 E: Pavan@s4analytix.com
