Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid – Tues to Thurs onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract - Possible extension Pay Rate: $60-65/hr on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to support a large regulatory transformation project. This role is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data to support compliance and regulatory requirements. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams including compliance, regulatory, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to regulatory data requests and discovery inquiries • Extract data from multiple systems including databases and internal tools • Validate and ensure accuracy and quality of datasets • Analyze customer, billing, credit, and usage data • Prepare reports and data outputs for compliance and legal teams • Collaborate with compliance analysts, case specialists, and project teams • Document data processes, reporting requirements, and methodologies Required Qualifications: • 3–7 years of experience in data analysis or reporting • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables • Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools • Strong data validation and quality assurance experience • Experience working with relational databases and SQL Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems • Experience working on transformation or regulatory projects • Utility industry experience is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Work Environment: • Hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) • Highly collaborative, cross-functional team environment Why Work With Us?
