Role description
Data Analyst (Marketing) Remote - EST hours Summary Partners closely with marketing and business intelligence teams to identify opportunities to retain high-value customers and drive sustainable business growth. This role supports a data-driven decision-making culture by delivering actionable insights, recommendations, and efficiencies across CRM, omnichannel, and loyalty initiatives. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who thrives in collaborative environments, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to inform strategic business decisions. Responsibilities β€’ Lead the development and delivery of actionable insights and analyses in response to key business questions β€’ Manage multiple short- and long-term analytical projects while meeting deadlines and business priorities β€’ Drive analytics strategy across CRM, omnichannel, and loyalty initiatives in partnership with marketing leadership β€’ Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value through data analysis β€’ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define focus areas and translate business needs into analytical solutions β€’ Present insights, recommendations, and performance findings to stakeholders, including senior leadership β€’ Support continuous improvement of data usage, reporting, and decision-making within the marketing organization Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical or quantitative field β€’ 2+ years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science β€’ Advanced proficiency in SQL β€’ Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills β€’ Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R) β€’ Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Power BI and DAX preferred) β€’ Proven experience contributing to or leading analytical strategies across commercial or marketing functions β€’ Strong communication skills with confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders β€’ Experience working with large, complex, and sometimes incomplete data sets β€’ Basic understanding of sports betting in the United States β€’ Professional working proficiency in English Contract Talent The salary range for this position is up to 45/hr.
