Role description
Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer- 12 Month FTC We have partnered exclusively with a fast-growing financial services company who are looking to hire a hands-on Data Analyst / Analytics Engineers. This is a fixed term contract and hybrid in central London with some great remote flexibility. This role sits across data engineering and analytics — ideal for someone who enjoys building robust data pipelines and delivering insights that influence real business decisions. What you’ll be doing • Building and maintaining data integrations with internal platforms and third‑party APIs • Developing and optimising ETL pipelines and data warehouse infrastructure • Working with stakeholders to deliver dashboards, reports and financial insights (Power BI / Excel) • Taking ownership of new data processes as the analytics estate scales • Acting as a go‑to technical SME for the data platform What we’re looking for • Experience working as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or similar • Strong SQL and experience with large, relational datasets • Solid Python skills for data analysis and automation • Experience designing or working with ETL workflows and data models • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders Nice to have • Power BI or similar visualisation tools • Azure data services experience • Exposure to finance, lending or regulated environments Why apply? • High-impact role in a scaling data function • Broad ownership across the full data lifecycle • Opportunity to influence architecture, tooling and best practice • Inclusive, collaborative culture with room to grow If this sounds like an interesting opportunity and you'd like to discuss it further, drop across your CV or contact Adam Whitehurst at Trust in Soda for more info.
