Role description
Contract: 6 months with possible extension Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour on W2 Location: Columbus, OH - hybrid schedule 2-3 days in office, remaining days remote Need someone with Advanced Excel experience and able to perform the following in Excel: Excel competencies required: -Vlookups -SUM & SUMIF -COUNT & COUNTIF -Find & Replace -Pivot Tables -MATCH -CONCAT -Conditional Formatting Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Data Analyst to work for one of our well-recognized retail e-commerce clients. The Digital Commerce Data Analyst serves as the primary owner of product information and imagery across digital channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for partner and platform needs. This role functions as a subject matter expert in product data workflows, collaborating closely with cross ‑ functional teams to gather insights, resolve issues, and support seamless digital activation. Qualifications & Experience β€’ 2-3 years of business experience preferred β€’ Advanced Excel experience β€’ Well-organized and detail-oriented β€’ Strong time ‑ management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment β€’ Able to take initiative and work effectively in a cross-functional team β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) β€’ Experience with SharePoint or AEM a plus, not a requirement Responsibilities β€’ Own and maintain the full catalogue of digital product data and imagery, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with partner and business requirements β€’ Serve as the subject matter expert, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and clear communication to partners and internal teams β€’ Partner with cross ‑ functional teams to validate information, clarify data discrepancies, and maintain smooth workflows β€’ Investigate and resolve issues through proactive problem ‑ solving, testing, and refinement β€’ Maintain high standards of data integrity by following and enhancing processes that ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability β€’ Extract, analyze, and organize data from multiple sources using advanced Excel skills Education β€’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join?
