Our Content team is committed to creating high-quality technical interview questions that are used to assess engineering talent around the world. Working in various technical domains, we produce new interview questions (known internally as "content") on a weekly basis and are responsible for the writing, testing, publishing, and monitoring of all Karat content.
Weβre seeking a Contractor to support us through Q4 2025
We are seeking a Data Analyst through year-end to build data tables and dashboards to enable further monitoring of our Technical Content teamβs core metrics and content performance. In addition, you will update existing queries to improve performance and quality of output.
β’ Build data dashboards in Metabase for metrics tracking.
β’ Create SQL (Redshift) queries for content performance monitoring.
β’ Update existing queries for efficiency or improved quality of results.
β’ Build performance triggers to flag any content performance issues.
This is up to 40 hours per week, with flexibility available for the right candidate. This contract will be a good fit if you have
β’ 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
β’ High level of SQL proficiency
β’ Redshift experience is a plus
β’ Experience building data dashboards for metrics review and tracking
β’ Metabase experience is a plus
β’ Experience working with large datasets and imperfect data
