Data Analyst

We are hiring an analytically minded professional for an HR Data Analyst position located in Brentwood, St. Louis County. This is a hybrid, 6-month contract role with the opportunity to join the team full-time. In this position, you will support the data analytics team and partner with HR and business leaders to develop data-driven reporting and deliver actionable insights. What You’ll Do • Partner with HR and business leaders to support people analytics through data analysis and reporting • Assist with data strategy and help deliver insights that drive business decisions • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for self-service reporting • Create and document reporting solutions, including data models, data pipelines, and dashboard requirements • Work with complex data frameworks and prepare datasets for accurate, reliable analytics What You Need • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field • Highly proficient with SQL and Tableau • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights • Experience with Python and UKG is a plus What’s In It for You • Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home) in Brentwood • Opportunity to convert to a full-time role • Work closely with a growing People Analytics team • Competitive salary, flexible based on experience HR Data Analyst position, Hybrid, located in St. Louis, MO.
