PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled and proactive Data Analyst to support Project Winter, a high-impact initiative focused on operational transformation, supplier management, and digital process improvement. This hybrid contract role is based in Phoenix, AZ, and runs through January 2026, with potential for renewal or conversion based on performance and business needs. About The Role As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping sourcing operations through data-driven insights. You’ll build KPIs and scorecards, support standard work and training development, and contribute to change management strategies. This role also involves vendor classification, compliance processes, and supplier negotiations. Key Responsibilities • Develop reporting solutions to monitor organizational effectiveness and digital tool efficiency • Deliver regular updates and impact reports to leadership on sourcing operations initiatives • Collaborate cross-functionally to lead and execute data analytics projects • Streamline and improve existing data tools within the sourcing operations team • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders • Stay current on industry trends in data analytics, project management, and process improvement • Support supplier negotiations and source-to-contract systems Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) • Experience with Tableau or Power BI • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Preferred • Familiarity with SAP • Experience with Python or R • Background in supplier/vendor management systems • Understanding of compliance processes and digital procurement tools • Experience in training delivery or change management Why Join Us At PDS Tech Commercial, we empower professionals to drive meaningful change through data and innovation.
