Role description
Duration: 3 month contract to hire
Location: Remote
Rate: $37-42/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Must-Haves:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
β’ 2β5 years of professional experience using Tableau and Tableau Prep
β’ Building dashboards, charts, and reports used by business stakeholders
β’ Cleaning and preparing data from multiple sources
β’ Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, including trend and pattern identification
β’ Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and operate with minimal oversight
β’ Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights
Plusses:
β’ SQL experience
β’ Writing queries independently
β’ Python experience
β’ Data analysis, transformation, or automation
β’ Experience working with APIs or multiple data sources
β’ Healthcare, med-tech, or regulated-industry experience
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to support a healthcare technology company focused on improving lymphatic care through innovative, patient-centric solutions. This consultant will work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and key stakeholders to deliver meaningful, data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can quickly ramp, operate autonomously, and add value immediately.
Responsibilities include:
β’ Collecting, cleaning, and preparing data from multiple sources for analysis
β’ Analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and business insights
β’ Designing and delivering executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using Tableau
β’ Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business questions and data needs
β’ Participating in meetings and clearly communicating findings to non-technical audiences
β’ Documenting analysis methodologies, dashboards, and repeatable processes
β’ Improving existing data workflows and helping establish analytics best practices
