Data Analyst

Duration: 3 month contract to hire Location: Remote Rate: $37-42/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Must-Haves: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field • 2–5 years of professional experience using Tableau and Tableau Prep • Building dashboards, charts, and reports used by business stakeholders • Cleaning and preparing data from multiple sources • Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, including trend and pattern identification • Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and operate with minimal oversight • Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights Plusses: • SQL experience • Writing queries independently • Python experience • Data analysis, transformation, or automation • Experience working with APIs or multiple data sources • Healthcare, med-tech, or regulated-industry experience Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to support a healthcare technology company focused on improving lymphatic care through innovative, patient-centric solutions. This consultant will work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and key stakeholders to deliver meaningful, data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can quickly ramp, operate autonomously, and add value immediately. Responsibilities include: • Collecting, cleaning, and preparing data from multiple sources for analysis • Analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and business insights • Designing and delivering executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using Tableau • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business questions and data needs • Participating in meetings and clearly communicating findings to non-technical audiences • Documenting analysis methodologies, dashboards, and repeatable processes • Improving existing data workflows and helping establish analytics best practices
