Please checkout the Job Description Below; Title: Data Analyst Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Requirements: • Required Qualifications: • Experience analyzing data and translating findings into clear, practical recommendations. • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or database tools to pull, combine, and analyze data from multiple sources. • Experience building or supporting low-code tools or platforms (e.g., Power Platform or similar) to display data and collect input. • Ability to synthesize information across datasets, policies, or requirements to identify patterns, gaps, or redundancies. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data and insights to non-technical audiences. • Ability to work independently, manage tasks asynchronously, and meet deadlines. • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with statutory, compliance, or policy-related data, particularly in education or government settings. • Experience identifying and reducing duplication across systems, plans, or reporting requirements. • Familiarity with dashboards, data visualization, or automated data collection tools. • Experience supporting goal-setting, planning, or performance monitoring using data. • Background in education, public sector, civic tech, or related fields. • Skill Matrix: • Analytics, Data Storytelling. • Low code experience. • Experience with Microsoft Office (excel). • Experience in Data visualization (Power Bi). • Proficiency with Qualtrics. • Proficiency with Smartsheet. • Experience working with state agencies, education sector, related fields.
