We are looking for: Data Analyst / Report Writer (ITSAC | Remote – US) Domain: Public Sector / Education Engagement Type: Contract Category: Data & Database Administration Work Mode: 100% Remote (US Only) Duration: 6 months Work Details • Standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (local) • Occasional evenings/weekends may be required (pre-approved) • Fully remote within the United States Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Report Writer to support a large-scale data platform initiative within the education/public sector domain. The role focuses on transforming complex school system data into clear insights, dashboards, and low-code solutions that drive informed decision-making and measurable outcomes. 🛠 Key Responsibilities • Analyze school system data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for growth, goal-setting, and performance improvement. • Design and maintain low-code data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Qualtrics) for data visualization and input collection. • Build dashboards, forms, surveys, and applications that enable non-technical users to easily understand and act on data. • Analyze statutory data across federal and state plans to identify overlaps, gaps, and redundancies, and propose data-driven consolidation strategies. • Develop scoring tools, trackers, and Excel-based scorecards to evaluate applications, monitor progress, and track outcomes over time. Required Skills & Experience • Analytics & Data Storytelling – 8+ years (Required) • Low-Code Platform Development – 8+ years (Required) • Microsoft Excel / Office (Advanced) – 5+ years (Required) • Data Visualization (Power BI) – 3+ years (Required) Preferred Skills • Qualtrics – 1+ year • Smartsheet – 1+ year • Public Sector / Education Domain Experience – 1+ year Additional Requirements • Strong ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences • Experience working with multi-source datasets and policy-driven data • Ability to work independently, asynchronously, and meet deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills At Greymatter Innovationz, We offer: Motivating Work Environment.
