Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Architect - Revenue Systems in Draper, UT. Summary: Our partner is hiring a Revenue Systems Data Analyst to design and operationalize the data infrastructure that drives growth across Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams. This role sits at the intersection of data architecture, sales operations, and revenue technology, connecting fragmented GTM systems into a unified data foundation that powers decision-making, AI adoption, and automation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with data, RevOps, and MarTech teams to improve data quality, attribution, and reporting - ensuring insights translate directly into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design and implement attribution models connecting opportunity, enrollment, revenue credit
β’ Build and optimize data pipelines that unify fragmented GTM data sources
β’ Integrate data across Salesforce, Power BI, Databricks, ZoomInfo, Ziwave, and Outreach.io
β’ Partner with central data and governance teams to align architecture and ensure data integrity
β’ Automate sales credit tracking, pipeline visibility, and lifecycle management
β’ Support AI-based revenue engines and predictive GTM initiatives
β’ Develop and deliver datasets for segmentation, prioritization, and campaign automation
β’ Conduct list scrubbing and enrichment to support targeted outreach campaigns
β’ Maintain detailed documentation of field mapping, data lineage, and pipeline logic
β’ Report progress weekly and align deliverables with key milestones
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics)
β’ 8+ years of experience in data, GTM systems, sales operations, or commercial analytics
β’ Proven experience with attribution, forecasting, lead scoring, or revenue data modeling
β’ Proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Salesforce, Power BI)
β’ Familiarity with RevOps or MarTech ecosystems and GTM data workflows
β’ Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Team & Collaboration:
β’ Reports under the Sales Technology organization
β’ Works cross-functionally with RevOps, MarTech, and centralized Data teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
