Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: San Francisco, CA- hybrid schedule Duration: 12 week contract- 40 hours/weekly Pay Rate: $35.00-$40.00/hr
Role Overview: This Data Analyst is primarily responsible for managing the data process and performing data analyses for the brandβs retail channels. They will perform regular data integrity and quality audits and implement improvements to data and reporting processes.
Responsibilities: Data Management
Collect, verify, and extract data from hardcopy and other digital sources
Transform data & upload data to internal dataset
Maintain door list and attributes using the call cycle and ensure alignment
Ensure accuracy of data transformation and upload with streamlined check process
Collaborate with Tech to resolve BI issues and integrate new data into internal datasets
Communicate updates on data issues to the corporate and field teams
Process Improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes for data collection and upload
Manage the transition of data uploads and call cycle maintenance for the CSO project
Research and implement industry standards for data management
Analytics
Perform market research analysis and support with monthly Circana reporting
Analyze data trends, patterns, and relationships and interpret data to provide insights
Develop ad-hoc Power BI reports for corporate and field departments
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience
Experience working with data management and/or data analytics
Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filtering/sorting, consolidating data)
Experience with R and BI tools such as Power BI preferred
