Role description
Position: Data Analyst Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Boston, MA; Rahway, NJ; or West Point, PA — specify location on resume) Duration: 12 months Note: Consultant can choose any of the three locations provided to work in a hybrid setting but remote would NOT be a possibility. Position Overview Client is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join the Digital Sciences team within Analytical R&D. The role focuses on developing dashboards, data visualizations, and tools that support the identification, development, and characterization of Client medicines and vaccines across modalities such as small molecules, biologics, peptides, and vaccines. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or degree in Chemistry with strong programming experience • 4–6 years of relevant industry experience • Experience in developing dashboards, reports, and data exports • Proficiency in Python programming and deployment on Posit (formerly RStudio) • Proficient with data visualization tools such as Shiny, Streamlit, Dash, Spotfire, Power BI, or Tableau • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively • Experience with Git/GitHub version control • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI & Power Apps) • Ability to connect and query AWS data sources (S3, RedShift, Glue, Athena) Preferred Qualifications • Experience with data pipeline tools like Dataiku or Databricks • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases • Familiarity with graph databases (Neo4J or AWS Neptune) • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as JMP or Minitab Notes • Hybrid role; candidate must be onsite 3 days/week in Boston, MA; Rahway, NJ; or West Point, PA • Only candidates with legitimate work authorization will be considered
