Data Analyst
• 100% remote
• M-F, 40 hours per week
Pay: $45-47 per hour W2
Duration: 6+ months to start; potential to extend
• Utilizes in-depth insurance pricing knowledge to help build Python program to help set base rates and perform market disruption analysis.
• Work on complex projects operationalizing business decisions and works independently, receiving minimal guidance from manager.
• Ability to understand and implement sophisticated pricing algorithms
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformation
• Ability to reconcile data
Requirements:
• Background: Minimum two years of work experience required in data analysis, statistical or mathematical modeling, or related.
• Skills: Advanced Python coding skill
• Education: Masters degree preferred in data science, statistics, mathematics, business analytics or related
• Nice to have: Experience in the insurance industry
