Data Analyst - RWC and HPMS Database Assistance Onsite: Jackon, MS About The Job • Duration: Long term Contract Position • Location: Onsite, Jackson, MS • Pay rate: Hourly • Job ID: 143178 Overview: • Seeking Contractor will assess current systems and processes for managing roadway characteristics inventory and HPMS processes and reporting to identify and implement solutions to enhance, augment, modify, or fix any issues found whether it is version compatibility or code issues. Updated HPMS reporting requirements and other Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements will be taken in to account when implementing these possible changes. Responsibilities: • Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. • These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration. Qualifications: • Expertise with Linear Referencing Methods in Oracle, Oracle Workspace Manager, HPMS and Federal Reporting (FHWA) and Roadway Characteristics Inventory Data Management. • Database Logic, PL/SQL coding, Oracle Workspace Manager. • MANDATORY - in order to be considered must have State Department of Transportation (DOT) roadway asset and roadway inventory data experience and experience with FHWA reporting. • Advanced (5-7 Years Experience): Oracle Linux, PL/SQL (Oracle). • Framework/SLD/Methodology- RIMS - State DOT roadway asset/inventory data, SME (7+ Years of experience).
