Job Title:- Data Analyst Location:- Malvern, Pennsylvania -HYBRID (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE) Role Overview The Data Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic questions into actionable analytics. This role involves gathering and analyzing structured and unstructured data, identifying trends, and delivering insights through compelling visualizations and presentations to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals, define analytical requirements, and develop structured project approaches. • Collect, validate, and integrate structured and unstructured data to ensure accuracy, quality, and reliability. • Analyze historical and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights using advanced analytical techniques. • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to business partners. • Develop and maintain recurring analytics and reporting processes to support ongoing business needs. • Present data-driven insights through clear storytelling and executive-level presentations. • Document analytical processes, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. • Support special projects and additional analytical initiatives as needed. Required Qualifications • Proficiency in SQL and Python (or equivalent tools such as SAS or R). • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Strong data storytelling and presentation skills. • Experience working with senior stakeholders and presenting analytical insights. • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
