The role aims to enhance organizational productivity by examining business processes, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and aiding in data-informed decision-making to elevate operational efficiency. Responsibilities • Gather and examine operational data to uncover patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. • Create reports and visual dashboards to aid in strategic planning and performance tracking. • Work alongside various teams to optimize workflows and execute process improvements. • Contribute to the development and monitoring of key performance metrics. • Craft presentations and summaries for management based on analytical findings. • Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement. Skills • Background in business analysis, operations, or process optimization. • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. • Knowledge of process mapping and project management methodologies. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
