Role description
Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Onsite at DHA Headquarters (Falls Church, VA) and some TRAVEL as directed by the Government in the DMV area. Pay Range: $38-$40 Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (Contingent upon contract award) Position Summary: CLJ Consulting and Contracting LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to provide quantitative and analytical support to the DHA OSBP. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing program data to ensure small business participation, subcontracting performance, and Mentor-ProtΓ©gΓ© outcomes are accurately measured and reported. This role transforms complex datasets into actionable dashboards and reports that drive decision-making and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Collect and validate subcontracting and participation data. Analyze program performance metrics and prepare dashboards. Conduct Mentor-ProtΓ©gΓ© program quantitative analysis. Prepare visual and written data summaries for leadership. Support ad hoc data calls. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, business, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis supporting government programs. Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms. Experience working with federal acquisition data systems (FPDS-NG, eSRS, or similar). Prior support experience for DHA, DoD, or other federal agency programs. Knowledge of small business subcontracting and reporting requirements.
