The Role • Lead the integrity, performance, and development of the HR system, ensuring accurate people information. • Oversee day-to-day management, configuration, and enhancement of the HRIS. • Deliver insightful dashboards, reports, and analysis for senior leaders. • Lead system testing, releases, and new implementations, collaborating with third-party providers. • Take responsibility for the administration and reporting of staff engagement surveys. What You'll Need • Proven experience as an HR system super user, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity (ideally Workday). • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including confident use of Excel. • Experience developing dashboards and reports to identify trends and inform decision-making. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with senior leaders and external providers. • Highly organised and proactive approach, with the ability to manage system updates and maintain confidentiality.
