Expected Duration: 1 Year (Possibility of Extension) Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) Pay Range: $50/hr on w2 Job Summary As a Data Analyst specializing in AI Integration, you will leverage data analytics and artificial intelligence to optimize business processes and enhance decision-making capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across the organization. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. AI Integration & Implementation • Identify opportunities for AI and machine learning within existing processes. • Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to develop, test, and deploy AI models. • Ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and provide measurable value. Process Optimization • Assess current workflows to identify automation and optimization opportunities using AI. • Design and implement AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. • Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI solutions on business performance. Collaboration & Communication • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-based solutions. • Present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Provide training and ongoing support to team members and end-users on AI tools and best practices. Continuous Improvement • Stay current with industry trends in AI and data analytics. • Recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve analytical capabilities. • Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities. Data Governance & Compliance • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security within AI systems. • Follow data governance standards and ethical AI practices. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with exposure to AI or machine learning integration. • Proficiency in Python or R. • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools. • Strong understanding of AI/ML models and algorithms. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Business Analytics.
