Role description
Title: Data Analyst Location: London, UK Duration: 12 months Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days on-site in a week) Description: Join a leading technology company in the social media and AI domain, working with a team focused on generative AI for image and video content. The team develops evaluation protocols for advanced models, measuring quality across multiple dimensions, including visual fidelity, prompt adherence, identity preservation, and naturalness. This role involves hands-on data analysis, collaboration with engineers, and supporting the scaling of evaluation methods. Responsibilities: • Prototype and execute human rating and semi-automatic evaluation protocols for generative AI models. • Conduct small-to-medium scale in-house evaluation for high-stake or complex tasks. • Collaborate with engineers to identify model gaps and prepare relevant training data. • Support scaling of validated evaluation protocols, including coordination and auditing. • Analyze data quality and propose improvements for model performance. • Maintain attention to detail while managing repetitive or operational tasks. Requirements: • Associate's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Bioinformatics, or related STEM field. • 1+ year of relevant experience in data analysis or software development/testing. • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and Unix. • Familiarity with computer vision and generative models. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • High attention to detail and ability to perform experimental investigations. • Prior experience in product-focused companies or AI/technical roles is preferred.
