One of our top financial clients is seeking a Data Analyst to provide essential program and project support. This role is critical for ensuring data integrity, facilitating cross-functional discussions, and conducting analyses that inform strategic decisions for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and facilitate discussions among project stakeholders and team members.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for key programs and projects.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of program data, including status updates and dependency tracking.
• Manage and validate large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify gaps, trends, and insights within program data.
• Perform data comparisons and validation checks across multiple sources.
• Prepare and present analysis and reports for senior leaders at the program level.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of data structures.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts).
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to understand and contribute to technical conversations.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a dedicated emphasis on quality and accuracy.
