Data Analyst III Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite at Hudson Yards) Duration: 9 Months Start Date: ASAP Accepting candidates who are authorised to work in United states without requiring any sponsorship. About the Role Seeking a Data Analyst III to join the Client Data Services (CDS) organization. The role will work closely with Data Analysts, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Data Engineers to optimize growth strategies, improve data quality, and deliver actionable business insights. This position offers an opportunity to solve complex data challenges while directly influencing business growth and customer support initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models. • Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets using SQL, Python, and related technologies. • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to support business decision-making. • Ensure data quality, privacy, security, compliance, and operational excellence across assigned data domains. • Support monetization, contact ability, and client data initiatives through analytics and reporting. • Partner with offshore teams to manage and process data change requests efficiently. • Provide recommendations and strategic insights to support business growth and operational improvements. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or business intelligence roles. • Strong SQL expertise with experience querying large datasets and non-relational databases. • Strong Python programming experience. • Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data modeling. • Proven experience developing insights, defining metrics, and making business recommendations. • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences. • Ability to think strategically about complex business problems and develop actionable solutions. Top 3 Must-Have Skills 1. Data Analysis and Insights with strong SQL and Python proficiency. 1. Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication. 1. Data Pipeline Development, ETL Processes, and Data Modeling. Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity. • Familiarity with LLMs and AI-driven insight generation. • Experience working with CRM data systems, graph structures, or customer data platforms.
