Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Data Analyst –within Supplier Audit and Material Risk. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team where you can shape the future of Global quality by diving into data and driving impactful improvements across diverse markets.
Responsibilities:
• Material risk assessment data review and data preparation for expert review based on provided set of criteria
• Working with key markets globally in deploying simple process improvements to their units
• Collaborate with various business stakeholders globally in different cultures and time zones
• Understands material quality standard requirements for 3rd party audits and deploys the requirements in key markets
• Review of the data requirements from suppliers, collection of the data, working with experts to define proposals for audit frequency and process of the applicable suppliers.
• Support overall supplier quality process general mapping with pain point identification and efficiency opportunity mapping
• Support workshop designs
Key Skills / Experience Required:
• MUST possess excellent analytical Skills
• Data analysis and attention to detail for risk assessment and process work, with strong data literacy including understanding data structures, maintaining data
• The ability to draw actionable insights
• Project Management and continuous improvement skills
• Planning and executing process improvements across global operations, with the ability to readily step up and navigate through ambiguity by asking right questions
• Strong communication and relationship-building for collaboration
• Process Mapping and Improvement
