Responsibilities
• Implement, configure, and support eAuth and Availity integrations for authorization and eligibility transactions.
• Monitor integration performance and ensure high availability of interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data mismatches, and transaction errors.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable fixes for interface issues.
• Act as a liaison between vendors, payers, providers, and internal technical teams.
• Coordinate with Availity, eAuth vendors, and clearinghouses to resolve interface defects.
• Participate in integration testing, validation, and certification processes with external partners.
Qualifications
Focuses on integration of eAuth and Availity platforms to streamline authorization and eligibility processes: Implement and support eAuth / Availity integrations & Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve interface issues, Implement and support eAuth / Availity integrations.
Required Skills
• Experience with eAuth and Availity platforms (authorizations and eligibility preferred).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare integration concepts and data exchange workflows.
• Familiarity with EDI/X12 transactions (e.g., 270/271, 278).
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting interfaces and working with vendors.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting healthcare payers or providers.
• Exposure to integration tools, middleware, or APIs.
• Experience with claims, authorizations, or eligibility systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field with experience is required
