Position Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the development and delivery of enterprise data analytics solutions, including data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting platforms. This role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable data solutions using ETL tools and modern visualization platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, ETL development, and dashboard/report creation using tools such as Informatica, Tableau, and Power BI. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data solutions meet operational and analytical needs. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business objectives, user requirements, and operational processes to identify data and reporting needs • Translate business requirements into data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica or similar data integration tools • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms • Collaborate with program staff and stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business needs • Participate in testing of data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to ensure accuracy and functionality • Support the deployment, publishing, and promotion of dashboards and reporting solutions • Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement • Work with large datasets across multiple database platforms such as Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL • Document data processes, reporting logic, and technical specifications • Evaluate system capabilities and recommend improvements to enhance reporting and analytics solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing data and reporting initiatives Required Qualifications • 8+ years of experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools • 8+ years of experience with ETL processes and data management using Informatica or similar tools Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with large-scale datasets in Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar platforms, with strong preference for Snowflake • Experience performing data analysis and interpreting complex datasets • Hands-on experience with Informatica ETL tools • Experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau • Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI Why Join 4A • Be part of a mission-driven, women-owned consulting firm with a reputation for excellence. • Work on high-impact projects across federal and commercial clients. • Collaborate in an inclusive, growth-oriented culture where innovation is valued. • Access career development programs, mentorship, and learning opportunities. • Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, flexible work options, and a focus on work-life balance.
