The Planet Group is looking for a Data Analyst to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role will be 40 hours a week and is fully remote, but the candidate should be local to the San Francisco Bay Area.
Data Analyst Responsibilities
β’ Create analytics plan to support Marketing and Programming teams
β’ Build and maintain dashboards aligned with KPIs and strategy goals
β’ Develop robust data visualizations that will help to quickly and thoroughly answer commonly asked questions about the performance of content
β’ Identify data anomalies, work to root cause and remediate issues in the data collection, storage, transforms, or reporting
Data Analyst Qualifications
β’ Proficient in python and SQL
β’ Proficient in Omniture, Tablaeu or similar data visualization tools
β’ Experience in Adobe analytics
β’ An understanding of how customers find and consume digital instructional content
β’ Ability to create complex, cross-object, cross-platform reports
β’ Ability to turn data into information and insights
β’ High-level attention to detail, including the ability to maintain meticulous records of projects, and programs
β’ Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimum directions
β’ Strong negotiation skills and ability to creatively solve problems
β’ Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills
β’ Must have flexibility to deal with rapidly changing, time-constrained schedules
β’ A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a sincere willingness to learn from team members at all levels
β’ Must exhibit high degree of ownership and accountability
