Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support a large-scale application cleanup and server decommissioning initiative across multiple business divestitures. This role will focus on data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting to ensure project tracking accuracy and informed decision-making by stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
โข Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to align with project objectives.
โข Develop and maintain reporting solutions including dashboards, scorecards, and ad-hoc reports using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools.
โข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
โข Perform audits and follow-ups on data entries within ServiceNow and other ITSM systems.
โข Present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at various levels, including directors and frontline staff.
โข Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends and analysis.
โข Maintain spreadsheet-based trackers with regular updates and progress reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
โข Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms.
โข Experience working with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools.
โข Strong capability in data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting.
โข Demonstrated ability to manage, clean, and validate large data sets.
โข Strong communication skillsโable to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
โข Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
โข Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy.
โข Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented work environment.
