Job Title: Data Analyst Project Duration: 12 Months Experience Level: 3–4 Years Location: 100% Remote Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Pay Rate: $50/hr Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support a large-scale application cleanup and server decommissioning initiative across multiple business divestitures. This role will focus on data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting to ensure project tracking accuracy and informed decision-making by stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to align with project objectives. • Develop and maintain reporting solutions including dashboards, scorecards, and ad-hoc reports using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data. • Perform audits and follow-ups on data entries within ServiceNow and other ITSM systems. • Present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at various levels, including directors and frontline staff. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data trends and analysis. • Maintain spreadsheet-based trackers with regular updates and progress reporting. Required Skills & Experience • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms. • Experience working with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools. • Strong capability in data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting. • Demonstrated ability to manage, clean, and validate large data sets. • Strong communication skills—able to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented work environment.
