Role description
Data Analyst – Supply Chain Operations (Remote) | Contract NO C2C / NO sponsorship Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to support Supply Chain Operations within a large Cloud Hardware Product Master Data Management team. This role focuses on improving data quality, maintaining operational reporting, and supporting project governance through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large and messy datasets. You will collaborate closely with Business and Engineering stakeholders to build reporting solutions, improve data accuracy, and support operational decision-making. Responsibilities β€’ Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions β€’ Support data quality initiatives by identifying inconsistencies, trends, and gaps in datasets β€’ Build and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) data for supply chain operations β€’ Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and establish business metrics β€’ Analyze operational data to improve reporting accuracy and business processes β€’ Support ETL processes and database updates as needed β€’ Troubleshoot data issues and implement corrective actions β€’ Collaborate with technical and business teams to support project launches and operational readiness Qualifications Required Skills β€’ Strong experience with: β€’ Power BI β€’ SQL β€’ Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookups/H-lookups, VBA, Macros) β€’ Experience working with messy or inconsistent datasets β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience with Azure DevOps β€’ Knowledge of ETL processes and database technologies β€’ Experience supporting operational reporting or supply chain analytics β€’ Familiarity with DAX and business analytics solutions Education & Experience β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field β€’ 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred Interview Process The assessment process may include: β€’ Teams-based technical interview(s) β€’ Evaluation of analytical and reporting experience β€’ Potential panel interview Candidates should be prepared to discuss relevant projects and technical experience during the interview process.
