• Responsibilities include: conducting detailed analysis of compliance data to assess performance and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies across departments or business units.
• Developing, managing, and delivering ad hoc and regular compliance reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Generating regular and customized reports that provide leadership with insights into the current state of compliance.
• Analyzing large sets of compliance related data to provide meaningful, statistically sound and actionable insights that help inform leadership decision making.
• Translating complex data into simple, understandable narratives that highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Presenting data insights in a way that supports strategic initiatives, and drives operational decisions.
