Data Analyst (Tableau On Prem)

We need someone with solid on-prem server experience supporting tableau. Project Details / Open Reason The client is expanding its analytics capabilities and is seeking a Data Analyst to complement an existing team. The primary gap today is Tableau On Prem experience, as the current analyst has more cloud based Tableau exposure. This role will focus on building dashboards, data exports, and uploads, while partnering closely with Business Analysts and Data Engineers to deliver reliable, actionable reporting for operational and clinical stakeholders. Required Skills 2 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role Strong SQL Server experience Hands on experience with Tableau, with a strong preference for Tableau On Prem Ability to work with complex datasets and validate data across sources Strong communication skills and ability to explain insights to non technical users Desired Skills Healthcare or Health IT experience Experience with Tableau On Prem Server administration or publishing Familiarity with Alation Data Catalog Experience working in Agile environments (Trello, Ivanti, etc.) Exposure to data exports, uploads, and downstream consumers Day To Day Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards in an on prem environment Create data extracts, exports, and uploads for business and clinical teams Write and optimize SQL Server queries to support reporting needs Validate data accuracy and consistency across multiple source systems Partner with Business Analysts and Data Engineers to translate requirements into reporting solutions Support ad hoc reporting requests with quick turnaround Identify data quality issues and help drive resolution Contribute to scalable, trusted analytics practices
