Data Analyst (Telecom)

Role: Data Analyst (Telecom) Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite) Duration: 12 months We are looking for a Telecom Data Analyst / Functional SME with strong expertise in Amdocs and OSS/BSS systems, combined with a solid data background. The candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into data-driven solutions, supporting end-to-end telecom processes such as Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Activate, and Order-to-Cash. This role involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to ensure accurate data flow, efficient system integration, and successful delivery of telecom solutions. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across telecom domains • Act as a functional SME for OSS/BSS systems and Amdocs platforms • Drive solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives • Work on end-to-end telecom processes: • Lead-to-Order (L2O) • Order-to-Activate (O2A) • Order-to-Cash (O2C) • Perform data analysis, validation, and mapping across multiple systems • Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and stakeholders for solution delivery • Support system integration between OSS and BSS platforms • Identify process improvements and recommend automation opportunities • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems Required Skills & Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in Telecom domain • Strong hands-on experience with Amdocs (CRM, Billing, Ordering modules) • Deep understanding of OSS/BSS architecture and workflows • Experience in telecom business processes (L2O, O2A, O2C) • Strong data analysis skills (SQL, data mapping, data validation) • Experience working with large datasets and data transformation • Knowledge of system integration and APIs • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with data migration or transformation projects • Familiarity with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
