• • NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE • • Please do not apply if you require sponsorship now or in the near future Job Description: Preservation and Maintenance Data Analyst The Data Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting management, Technical Advisors, and the Quality function by examining and interpreting data related to inspections, preservation, and maintenance activities. This position ensures that all maintenance and operational decisions are driven by accurate, data-backed insights, helping improve efficiency, compliance, and equipment reliability. The Data Analyst collaborates closely with various teams to analyze trends, identify patterns, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance equipment performance and regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities: · Analyze data collected from inspections, preservation activities, and maintenance procedures to detect trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities. · Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to management, Technical Advisors, and the Quality team. · Ensure data integrity and accuracy by validating records and cross-referencing information from multiple sources. · Work alongside engineering and technical teams to translate complex data findings into actionable strategies. · Identify performance gaps and recommend enhancements to optimize operational efficiency. · Assist in forecasting equipment reliability and maintenance needs through predictive analytics. · Present findings to stakeholders using clear visualizations and reports, ensuring decision-makers have the information needed for strategic planning. Qualifications & Requirements · Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel). · Strong understanding of SQL and other database management technologies. -Data Entry · Ability to interpret complex datasets and provide meaningful insights. · Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Additional Skills:· Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks. Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring documentation integrity. Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with teams Key Requirements · Strong understanding of maintenance and preservation processes. · Experience working with technical documents and schedules. · Proficiency in using maintenance platforms. · Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and customers.
