We’re seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our client’s team in Central New Jersey. This role focuses on collecting, cleaning, and interpreting large datasets to uncover insights that drive smarter business decisions.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies through reports and dashboards.
Location: Central NJ (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week on-site)
What You’ll Do
• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and transformation
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
• Work with AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Athena, and Glue for data processing and analysis
• Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across systems
• Identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities through data
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data transformation and analysis
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue)
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into business insights
