Data Analyst

Client: large biotech Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite or as needed (flexible) - Cambridge, MA or Thousand Oaks, CA Duration: 1 year + extensions Rate: $35-$39/hr w2 The ideal candidate will support the development of data analytics platforms for outsourced programs including lab asset management, lab support services and spare parts management to drive informed decisions. Provides thought leadership and innovation within projects and across functional areas. Using multiple databases, provides data that shows areas of opportunity related to asset care. Ensures Company and Provider CMMS interface data is mirrored for lab assets and identifies opportunities to increase program efficiencies while aligning site processes where feasible. May participate in various continuous improvement efforts to support program expansions to other Client locations by participating in data requests or workflows to accommodate site-specific requirements. Performs data analytics for lab related assets to help improve asset lifecycle cost management and optimization of Preventive Maintenance (PM) frequencies for identification of best asset care strategies. Will use multiple databases to provide data that show areas of opportunity related to lab asset care, lab support services operational efficiencies, and spare parts management. Basic Qualification Bachelor Degree & 2+ years of experience (Engineering, Operations, OR Scientific)
