Based in the Twinsburg, OH facility, you'll be at the intersection of data, engineering, and compliance shaping how we manage and migrate high-value data in a regulated environment. As a Data Analyst, you ll be part of a specialized team managing the transition of critical product lifecycle data from legacy platforms to modern PLM systems like PTC Windchill. You ll ensure that the data supporting aircraft systems is clean, complete, and compliant with strict export regulations (ITAR, EAR, CUI). Responsibilities: Analyze and cleanse large datasets from SolidWorks PDM, ensuring completeness, consistency, and compliance. Build automated reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to monitor data quality and flag regulatory risks. Support classification verification (e.g., ITAR vs. EAR) in alignment with internal export control policies. Work closely with Engineering, Compliance, and CAD Admin teams to validate and correct sensitive technical data. Prepare validated data for migration to PTC Windchill, and support testing and dry runs to ensure a smooth transition. Maintain detailed documentation of remediation work and ensure traceability of changes for audits and compliance. Contribute to the development of best practices for managing export-controlled data during system migrations. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master s degree preferred. 3-5+ years of data analysis or stewardship experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or government contracting preferred. Strong experience with data migration, especially involving SolidWorks PDM and/or PTC Windchill preferred. Advanced knowledge of SQL, with hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for data visualization and reporting. Familiarity with handling data under ITAR, EAR, and CUI requirements. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work cross-functionally across technical and regulatory teams.
