Job Summary Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills, and the ability to present complex data and outcomes in a simple and clear way Highly proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications location: Westlake, Texas job type: Contract salary: $62 - 63 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Bachelor's degree required • 7+ years of experience in a Data and Analytics role with exposure to IT and business partners • In depth knowledge in a variety of analytics techniques including: profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis and campaign measurement • Ability to do data driven deep dive analysis to test ideas/hypothesis for Digital and Non-Digital experiences and identifying appropriate success metrics (Call-to-Action) • Hands-on expertise using tools and technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and Adobe Analytics • Strong working knowledge of relational databases including experience with web interaction data • Solid understanding of A/B/N testing techniques, Design of Experiments, Measurement and Recommendations • Good understanding of AI/ML and predictive model outputs • Experience aligning and working across various business units and channels in a consultative manner Qualifications Experience in creative, cross-functional collaboration and development activities Healthcare domain experience Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
