Job Title: Data Analyst – Utility Compliance & Reporting
Location: Pomona, CA (Hybrid-2 days onsite)
Pay rate: $30/hr to $35/hr on W2 (All inclusive)
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
Education Requirement
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
• Support Remediation Management activities and short-term project workstreams with limited interdependencies
• Perform program management tasks including tracking deliverables and monitoring progress
• Analyze data, dashboards, and system outputs to track and report work progression
• Ensure Compliance Notification work progresses through IPSEC workflow within due dates to support public safety and risk mitigation
• Interpret program performance data and prepare reports for senior advisors and stakeholders
• Apply knowledge of District/Regional scheduling procedures and notification disposition per E1 policy and GO95 standards
• Assess notification issues to determine resource requirements
• Collaborate with senior advisors, regional/district stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain data integrity, including validation and cleanup activities
• Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively resolve issues
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in utility industry (Transmission & Distribution Operations or Program Management)
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics with large/complex datasets
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, SAP, dashboards, etc.)
• Experience with District/Regional scheduling and notification disposition aligned with E1 and GO95
• Knowledge of IPSEC lifecycle and compliance notification classifications (P1/P2/P3, HFEX, HFIA, non-HFRA)
• Experience preparing weekly/monthly compliance performance reports
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or analytics tools (SAS, BI platforms)
Preferred Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong project planning, resource management, and team collaboration skills
• Understanding of E1 policy and GO95 Rule 18
• Knowledge of Transmission & Distribution systems (electrical, civil, overhead, underground, streetlight, etc.)
