Data Analyst

Client Data Analyst (Remote) Insight Global is seeking a Client Data Analyst to support a large healthcare client’s Data Exchange team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will manage and maintain client data files using a web-based reporting platform, coordinating across hundreds of client accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports. Full training on systems and processes is provided—no prior technical or data experience is required. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain client data files within a web-based reporting tool • Coordinate report delivery across a large portfolio of client accounts • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of client-facing reports • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when appropriate • Communicate clearly with internal teams to meet deadlines and resolve questions Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required • Customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, service, or support roles) • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable learning new systems and processes (technical experience not required) • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Why This Role? • Fully remote opportunity • Structured training and support provided • Exposure to healthcare data operations and client reporting • Great entry point into analytics or healthcare operations
