Role description
Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives, requirements, data/app needs β€’ Design, build, and maintain apps and reports using Python, Power BI, Alteryx, or Knime β€’ Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement β€’ Primary focus is on developing UI based apps or POCs using python β€’ Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business questions, initiatives, and performance tracking β€’ Ensure data accuracy and quality by validating datasets and collaborating with data engineering teams as needed β€’ Provide ongoing support and training for end users for the reports and apps Requirements β€’ Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field β€’ 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role β€’ Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets β€’ Experience with python development β€’ Working knowledge with Python and Excel β€’ Solid understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and business reporting best practices β€’ Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
