Roles & Responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's or PhD preferred)
• 5+ years of direct related experience
• Must have strong SQL AND Python experience. Not just for pulling data but utilizing SQL and Python for data validation (SQL and Python assessment will be required)
• Must have deep understanding of DATA STRUCTURES - understand how data is structured, stored and consumed so analytics and downstream reporting don't break (how and why of the data vs someone focused on modeling techniques): I.e.
• Data shape, structure, relationships
• Data quality, lineage, consistency
• Making data usable, reliable and interpretable for analytics teams, BI or the business
• Standard data science skills; must have exploratory data analysis experience
• BI tools experience - highly preferred Power BI
• Data manipulation and reporting
