Role description
Hybrid
• We’re looking for a Data Operations Analyst who is ready to jump in to support our marketers with accessing, making sense of, and using all the data we generate to deliver better outcomes for our patients.
• You will This includes web analytics, media tracking and marketing technology implementations, audits, quality assurance, as well as providing technical support as needed.
You Will:
• Be the go-to person for internal and external stakeholders on all issues related to the implementation of data collection tags on websites and applications, including web analytics, media tracking, audits, QA, and providing technical support as needed.
• Be responsible for the implementation and governance of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, ensuring that events and conversions are defined, tracked, and implemented correctly.
• Be a lead curator of our data. Drive standardization for web and mobile analytics tag creation and audit processes, to ensure there is a baseline of data quality, consistency, and architectural integrity throughout historical data.
• Help to document our data capture and transformation processes and develop a system of robust QA in partnership with our martech teams
• Assist in the implementation of OneTrust across Client websites to support evolving and shifting privacy guidelines
Required Experience & Skills
• 3+ years of experience in front-end tagging experience (either directly through code or via a tag manager system)
• Experience with structuring and standardizing marketing data to support analysis and reporting
• Strong communication capabilities, able to work with functional experts who may not be in the weeds of the raw data.
• Experience overseeing a team that is implementing technical support, and building out processes to ensure accountability
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Operations or closely related field
• Bonus: Experience with server-side tagging
Experience with the following ad tech:
• Google Analytics
• Google Tag Manager
• LiveRamp
• Segment (CDP)
• Google Ads Suite
• The Trade Desk (or other DSP)
What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position:
• Experience with setting up and managing items in Google Tag Manager or Adobe Tag Manager, Experience defining and maintaining naming conventions for UTM tracking.
