Data Analyst

Job Summary Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply! location: Telecommute job type: Contract salary: $25 - 35 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities • What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)? • Design and develop ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter to load data into NY APD reporting structures. - Adhere to Informatica development standards (e.g., no hard coding, use of maplets, reusable components). - Build automation plans for manual operational activities. - Perform optimization, troubleshooting, and debugging of ETL processes. - Develop and execute unit and integration testing. - Tune and optimize ETL jobs for performance and throughput; collaborate with data modelers and DBAs for architecture optimization. - Provide development support and conduct code walkthroughs to ensure compliance with standards. - Enforce secure coding principles per State of NY policies. - Document and maintain operational procedures for ETL workflows. - Troubleshoot pre-production and production ETL job issues. - Utilize Informatica Data Quality for profiling and validation prior to transformation. - Design and implement data validation processes using Informatica Data Quality.
