About the Role Our client is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance and evolve reporting and analytics capabilities. This role is critical for transforming data into insights that support clinical, operational, and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate is a mid-level BI professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys collaborating closely with business partners.
Key Responsibilities
BI Development & Reporting
• Design, build, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Redesign existing dashboards to improve usability, visual clarity, and actionability of insights.
• Ensure reports align with healthcare and program-level KPIs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner closely with Performance & Quality Improvement (PQI) teams, as well as clinical and program stakeholders.
• Gather requirements by asking the right questions, even when needs are loosely defined.
• Translate business needs into clear reporting solutions.
Data Management
• Work with data sourced primarily from multiple systems, with future expansion into financial and HR systems.
• Support data validation, data quality initiatives, and basic governance practices.
• Collaborate with IT and system owners across teams.
Required Qualifications
• 3–6 years of experience in BI development or analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Experience translating complex data into user-friendly dashboards.
• Proven ability to work independently in a lean team environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
