Role description
Job Title : Data Analyst/Data Coordinator/Data Specialist
Location : Streetsboro, OH 44241
Duration : 6 Months
Shift Details : 5 Days on site
Role Summary:
• Data & Analytics: Maintain, analyze, and identify discrepancies/opportunities with the use of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Excel, and Global Reporting Databases)
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data within Company’s CRM system.
• Managing the inbound receipt of physical sample buy purchases and keeping track of shipping labels.
• Locating receipts and order history.
• Recording data into Excel documents and internal databases.
• Data entry of all virtual scans done by sales team.
• Diversion entries into MBB for LUXE, PPD and LDB.
• Photographing all new counterfeits and submitting them to management.
• Allocating brand purchases to the Brand Protection Team.
Requirements:
• Must have a bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or Data Analytics.
• Strong Analytical skills with an ability to manage projects and take initiative.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Must be familiar with online ordering platforms – placing online orders.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential legal information.
• Fluent in English.
