We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in data analysis, proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and tools like Tableau or Google Spreadsheets.
Requirements:
• Intermediate-level experience in data analysis
• Strong background in Excel and data handling
• Proficient in data and document
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Strong data analysis experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level), including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
• Experience with Tableau or similar spreadsheet/data visualization tools
• Skilled in data and document structuring
• Experience with data mining and working across various platforms
• Ability to create and manage a vendor management portfolio
• Understanding of vendor performance analysis, negotiation, and contract management
• Comfortable with basic administrative and clerical responsibilities (scanning, filing, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, spreadsheets, and shared documents
Other Requirements:
• Valid driver's license is MUST
• Must be able to drive a golf cart or similar vehicle (e.g., on Stanford campus or similar site)
• Open to candidates with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience
• Formal BA/Data Analyst degree is not mandatory; selection will be based on skills
• Candidate will oversee approximately 10 vendors, focusing on 5–6 key vendors
• Will report to the Contract Manager or Contract Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Scan, rename, upload, and organize compliance documents (elevator paperwork, fire testing reports, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records and standardized naming conventions.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet for data management, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP.
• Assist with vendor coordination and asset tracking.
• Develop and implement quality control checklists to reduce errors.
• Provide weekly progress updates and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Education: Associate’s/Technical Degree
• Experience: 1+ year in administrative roles (calendaring, inventory management, etc.).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and data entry.
• Preferred Experience: Exposure to facilities management, contracted services, or regulatory compliance.
Work Schedule:
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (7 AM – 4 PM, Monday–Friday)
• Remote/Onsite: 100% onsite
