Location: Collegeville, PA 19426 (HYBRID)
Pay Range: $26 โ 28/Hr. On W2 (Depending on Experience/Interview)
Duration: Contract Role (Possible Extension or Temp to Hire for Right Candidate)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (The position is expected to begin as a hybrid role, with the potential to transition to a more remote arrangement in the future)
Job Description:
A Business Process Analyst (BPA) leads single-workstream consulting projects and assists with the onsite management of projects.
The analysts role focuses on workstreams and knowledge gained with an understanding of Services Lab and Productions (LPS) current offerings.
The analyst is expected to utilize current BPC tools to provide insight into a customers current state processes and partake in the development of future state recommendations with the help of a BPC/Sr BPC.
BPAs support leadership with the analyzation of customer inventory spend/usage histories to assist with the recommendation of clear managed inventory strategies.
An analyst uses their project work to build a foundation for developing expert level knowledge and understanding of capabilities.
Partners with colleagues on select projects and scopes of work to drive relationships and growth
Collects and analyzes data provided by key customer stakeholders (customer champion, end users, software exports, financial systems)
Develops inventory management solutions and scope of works based on data gathered during customer interactions and on-site opportunities
Identifies business requirements and recommends a streamlined procurement process for customers using, Inventory Manager software, and Lab and Production Services (LPS) programs
Recommends inventory management process to meet multiple customer requirements (types of software, customer-run, R&D, GXP)
Recognizes LPS processes, offerings, scopes, and cost savings during customer engagements
Supports the LPS business growth through customer-facing capability presentations and walk-throughs
Performs additional duties as assigned
Qualification:
BA/BS degree required
0-2 years of work experience in related field
Supply chain/inventory management, laboratory, and/or production experience, preferred
Project management experience, introductory to basic
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, basic to intermediate
Competent communicator including presentation and other verbal/written tools
Candidates should have either a degree in Biopharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical
Engineering, or a related life sciences field, or equivalent experience within the biopharma/pharmaceutical industry.
The hiring manager is seeking someone who is highly data-focused and comfortable analyzing information to improve processes.
This role will be responsible for developing and documenting processes and workflows.
Candidates should have experience identifying gaps in existing processes, performing process mapping, and recommending improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Experience with process documentation, workflow optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives is highly preferred.
Candidates should be local to the Philadelphia, PA area (Upper Providence preferred) and able to work onsite as needed.
